Check-in is at your scheduled check-in time. This is a self check-in property — just use the front entrance on Barlow Street. Your door code activates at check-in and deactivates at check-out.

Using the Keypad

Your unique 4-digit door code will be sent a few days before arrival.

1. Press the HOME button to light up the keypad
2. Enter your 4-digit code
3. You're in!

To lock when leaving: Press the lower-right button (the house icon with an "X")

Garage Access

Feel free to use the garage. Be careful with large vehicles. You can hit the opener button on the wall inside the garage to open the garage door.

Your Dedicated Spot

You have one spot in the attached garage. Use the wall-mounted opener button inside the garage. The driveway can fit a second vehicle if needed.

Street Parking on Barlow

Daytime street parking in front of the unit is always available!

Overnight Rules:

⚠️ Winter Warning: Vehicles may be ticketed or towed at owner's expense during the overnight ban. Don't risk it!

• Streaming Apps — Log in to your own, remember to log out before you leave.
• HDMI input on the back (bring your own cable if you want to connect a device)

• Vanilla creamer

Laundry

Full washer/dryer in-unit. Laundry pods are right next to the machines.

Dishwasher: Pods are under the sink.

• Remote — Return the living room remote to the coffee table
• Windows & doors — Double-check that everything's shut!
