Parking

Please park at this location: Mercato Parking Lot

You can park in any lot not marked 'reserved.' No parking pass is required.

Building Entry

1. Go to the 800 Main Entrance
2. Once inside, take the second left to get to the main elevator

💡 If the main exterior door is locked (after 9pm), use the code 95195# to get in.

Elevator & Unit Access

1. In the elevator, use the floor buttons to enter code: 3-G-3-3
2. When you exit on the 3rd floor, turn right
3. Take an immediate left down the long hallway
4. Unit 320A is at the end of the hallway

Using the Unit Keypad

Your unique 4-digit door code will be sent separately before arrival.

1. Press the HOME button to light up the keypad
2. Enter your 4-digit code
3. The door will unlock automatically

To lock: Press the button with the small house icon with an "X"

Where to Park

Off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles. You can park anywhere not marked 'reserved.' No parking pass is required.

Shared Laundry Room

A washer and dryer are available in the building's laundry room.

How to access:

1. Grab the white key card located in the wooden crate under the TV
2. Grab the provided laundry detergent in your unit
3. Exit the unit, go straight down the hall, then take a right
4. Go past the elevators; the laundry room is on the right-hand side
5. Use the key card to enter

Note: The card should be pre-loaded. If not, you'll need a $5 bill to add funds.

Nest Thermostat

The unit has a Nest thermostat for heating and cooling.

For air conditioning:

1. Press HOME to wake the display
2. Set the mode to "Cool"
3. Adjust the temperature as needed

• 🚭 No smoking anywhere on property (zero tolerance policy)
• 🐾 No pets allowed (service animals require prior approval with documentation)

What's Provided

The home is all set up for self-check-in. Inside, you'll find:

Kitchen:

• Coffee maker with filters provided
• Coffee, creamer, and light cooking supplies
• Dish pods under the sink

Essentials:

• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
• Garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper

Linens:

• Beds will be freshly made
• Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths
• Beach towels provided

Where to Go

Place all trash and recycling in the bins located behind the white plastic fence by the water fountain (near the Mercato South 800 Entrance).

Extra garbage bags are under the kitchen sink.

Before You Leave

• Linens — Leave sheets on the beds; place wet towels in the shower
• Dishes — Handwash and dry all dishes (soap & sponge under sink)
• Food — Discard all open food items
• Trash — Take bags to bins behind the water fountain
• Remote — Return TV remote to the coffee table
• Keys — Return any lockbox key to the Masterlock (code 5098) and hang unit keys on the labeled hook
